Damaged car
Selling a car is not a very stressful work if you know how to do it or if you know where to sell it. People often think that selling a damaged car can be a tough thing to do. But in realty it is no different from selling a normal running car. You just need to know where to sell it.
There are mainly two ways to sell any car. One is either to sell it yourself and the other is to sell it though a car agent.
If you have the time to spare in order to sell your car then you may have to wait a while before you make the deal. If you are not ready to sell the car yourself then give this work to a car agent.
If you want to sell the car yourself then you will have to be wise. It is not very easy to do so. You may be stuck in between the problem of repairing it or not repairing it. If you just try to make a deal yourself then there are chances that the buyer will tell you get the car repaired or lower the selling price. So you will be stuck this way. Either way, you will end up in a loss.
The best way to sell a car yourself is by advertising it. Post an advertisement in the local newspaper. Put out flyers in the local restaurants, coffer shops etc. you have to target the places where people gather in a large no. and that too oftenly. Spread the news by telling to your friends and relatives too. The more people know, the more offers you may get. Maximise your chances of sale.
You need to estimate the car too. Make use of Kelley’s blue book. Else call a car mechanic for it. This will give you the ides about the selling price. You will have to make your car a little attractive too. For this if some repairing is required then it is always advised to do so. You can add up all the repairing cost in the selling price.
If you do not have the time to spare to do all this then give this work to a reliable and experienced car agent. You will have to sign some papers for this. He will take time to sell the car but will get you the best deal.
